Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales reps and wash attendants.
- Drive all location performance metrics to meet or exceed scorecard goals.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all customer service escalations.
- Implement company processes for sales, training, and employee management.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in a management role with sales responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Proficiency with technology, including computers, tablets, and software (POS, Chat).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, ambitious, and success-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in the car wash, retail, or hospitality industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales and operational targets.
- Experience with staff scheduling and inventory management software.

Salary & Bonus
