Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of Wash Attendants.
- Provide an exceptional service experience for every customer.
- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues to keep the car wash running smoothly.
Must Have
- Proven experience in a sales and customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
Nice to have
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- A basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Pay & Commission
$17/hr base + commission. Earn up to $22/hr!
